PINKSPINK is an independent clothing brand founded in 2018 by Chinese designers Pink and Only.
Pink studied fashion design at Bunka Fashion College in Japan, while Only is a graphic designer and former rock band vocalist. Pink approaches design through silhouette, construction, and proportion. Only draws from music, graphics, and visual culture. The collision between their different creative worlds creates the chemistry at the heart of PINKSPINK.
We describe ourselves as an independent clothing brand rather than a fashion brand.

Rooted in rock culture and expanding into Y3K, anime fantasy, deconstruction, and futuristic streetwear, PINKSPINK combines original graphics, experimental construction, unexpected layering, contrasting materials, and constantly evolving silhouettes.
Every collection begins with a theme and one recurring question:
Can a familiar garment or cultural symbol be taken apart, rebuilt, and transformed into something entirely new?
For us, clothing should never place people inside a fixed identity. It should create space to break boundaries, explore freely, and discover new versions of the self.
A Universe That Keeps Growing
PINKSPINK does not erase its past with every new season. Instead, we continue to expand a connected universe of original symbols, graphics, characters, and construction systems.
The Cat Series, Lightning Moon Series, Rock Series, and Remake Series form the core of this universe. Each series continues to evolve through new graphics, fabrics, proportions, silhouettes, and ways of wearing.
Its creative DNA remains recognizable, but the result is never repeated in exactly the same form.
Alongside these signature series, PINKSPINK develops limited concept collections inspired by dreams, natural forms, scientific ideas, cultural fragments, and imagined futures.
Every experiment adds a new dimension to the PINKSPINK universe.
Signature Series
Cat Series
The Cat Series grew from more than ten years of living with and caring for Sphynx cats.
Inspired by their expressions, movements, skin textures, postures, and personalities, our creative director developed more than one hundred original drawings and visual studies.
These cats were placed within rock, punk, Y3K, anime, and digital worlds, becoming symbols of instinct, independence, curiosity, vulnerability, and self-protection.
The series also introduced one of PINKSPINK’s most recognizable designs: the sculptural cat-ear hood.
The PINKSPINK cat is never simply cute. It can be playful, sharp, strange, defensive, and futuristic.
From original graphics and oversized hoodies to cat-ear outerwear and paw-inspired silhouettes, the Cat Series continues to evolve with every season. It has become one of the brand’s defining works, connecting with stylists, creators, artists, performers, and cat lovers across China, Japan, and beyond.
Lightning Moon Series
The Lightning Moon exists between dreams and reality.
Split, reflected, distorted, and reconstructed, the moon becomes a symbol of distance, desire, imagination, and the search for a future self.
Metallic surfaces, mirrored graphics, circular hardware, layered structures, and futuristic forms define the visual language of the series.
The Lightning Moon is not a one-season print. It is a signature code that continues to transform through graphics, hardware, cut-outs, accessories, and structural details.
Its form changes, but its direction remains the same:
Forward.
Rock Series
The Rock Series does not imitate traditional rock clothing. It reconstructs the attitude behind it.
Only’s background as a rock vocalist creates a direct connection between music, stage energy, graphic design, and garment construction.
Distressed finishes, faded graphics, plaid, metal hardware, rivets, lace, mesh, raw edges, and irregular structures come together through deliberate contrast.
Softness meets aggression.
Romance meets damage.
Sensitivity and power exist within the same garment.
For PINKSPINK, rock is not a costume. It is the freedom to remain loud, contradictory, and impossible to define.
Remake Series
The Remake Series begins by taking things apart.
Familiar garments and previous ideas are reconstructed through splicing, layering, reversible construction, detachable elements, and unconventional proportions.
Some pieces can be reversed, rearranged, or worn in multiple ways. Others use adjustable layers and modular components to create different silhouettes.
There is no single final form.
We create the structure. The wearer completes it.
Limited Concept Collections
Beyond its signature series, PINKSPINK develops limited collections based on specific ideas, visual research, and creative experimentation.
Butterfly Effect Collection
The Butterfly Effect Collection explores how one small change can transform an entire system.
Butterfly forms are fragmented and reconstructed into metallic structures, shifting surfaces, and unstable three-dimensional shapes.
The collection reflects transformation, uncertainty, and the unseen consequences of movement.
Plant Punk Collection
The Plant Punk Collection draws inspiration from cacti, roots, thorns, and the defense systems found in nature.
A soft interior protected by a sharp exterior becomes a symbol of resistance, survival, self-protection, and freedom.
Some concepts appear only once. Others return later through a new material, graphic, construction method, or silhouette.
Nothing remains completely still.
Stay Undefined
PINKSPINK does not design for one gender, one body, one subculture, or one fixed version of the self.
Loose and fitted.

These opposites are free to exist together.
We do not want clothing to define the wearer. We want it to offer more ways to change, combine, reverse, rebuild, and express.
