Shipping Overview
We currently ship to selected destinations across Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and the Gulf region.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping is free on orders totaling $199 USD or more. For orders under $199 USD, the applicable shipping fees and estimated delivery times are listed below.
Estimated delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time. Depending on the destination and shipping route, packages may be handled by UPS, FedEx, SF Express, Cainiao, Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, Lotte Global Logistics, Hanjin Express, UniUni, USPS, SpeedX, Royal Mail, Evri, PostNL, La Poste, Colissimo, J&T Express, SPX Express, or other local delivery partners.
The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination, parcel details, and available shipping routes. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier. The final carrier and tracking details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs Duties & Taxes
We prepay all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges, so customers generally will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The only exception is when the laws or customs regulations of the destination country or region require these charges to be paid directly by the recipient.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email within 1 hour. Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
To cancel your order or request a size or color change for the same item, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accommodated, as order processing may already have begun. Size and color changes are subject to availability and can only be made when there is no price difference.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package until delivery.
